Data processed and purposes

Appointment requests: if you contact us by phone or email to arrange an appointment, we process the contact details you provide (name, phone number or email address) solely to handle your request. Legal basis: steps taken at the data subject’s request prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Please do not include unnecessary health information in your messages: you can provide any details directly to the pharmacist during the appointment.

Processing arrangements and processors

The site is hosted by Netlify, Inc., which acts as a processor pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR under the relevant Data Processing Agreement. Any transfers outside the EU connected with the hosting service take place under the safeguards provided for in Chapter V of the GDPR.

Retention

Appointment-request data is kept only as long as strictly necessary to manage the appointment and in any case no longer than 12 months from submission, save for legal obligations.

Your rights

You may exercise at any time the rights provided for in Articles 15–22 GDPR (access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability) by writing to parafarmagioia@gmail.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian supervisory authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (www.garanteprivacy.it).
